There is no TSA page dedicated to travelling with a pain relief spray, but someone asked on twitter and got the answer. It is in fact allowed to travel with a pain relief spray and the containers must be 3.4oz or less and placed in a single quart-sized bag with other travel-sized liquids, gels and aerosols.
